Is the Ancholme doing much anywhere?

Don't want to break any records, just catch a few bream/roach/perch/eels

Looking for good parking access and somewhere for pole or feeder.

Is there fishing allowed in Brigg Marina (looks disused on Google Earth)?

Happy to try anywhere from Snitterby to Ferriby

hya Dan, I've been to Broughton Bridge a few times over the last couple of weeks. Plenty perch and skimmers showing and a few roach on caster. Usually it's flouro pinkie that does the job but the last couple of weeks all they've wanted is red maggot. I fished just after the last rains and it rose up over the platforms, but when they opened the sluice at Ferriby it looked like the Trent on steroids. The pegs are pretty decent but could do with a bit of gardening either side as there's a lot of nettles. As you approach the bridge there's a car park on the left hand side and the pegs with platforms start there and head north. Scabcroft is another good place, with plenty of bream and the depth there is around 15ft. Pole, feeder and bomb all work here. Hope that helps.

Fished Broughton Bridge on saturday woth another local member and it was perch all the way on reds or worm . You could see plenty of silvers in the top layer every time you put feed in . There was a very big Pike sighted close in .Water very clear and low tide flow not much at all .
